Chef Dominic Truchon and his team prepare fresh and local cuisine with care and pride. We have a very close relationship with our local producers, you will be sure to taste our unique terroir in every bite!

Our priority is quality and flavour! Tartare, grilled fish and meat, foie gras from the Ferme Basque and lamb from Charlevoix are on the menu troughout the summer.

You can add breakfast and dinner in your package.
